Known for his commitment to an unbiased examination of all available coverage options for every client and his expertise in all aspects of Medicare and Individual/Family insurance, he is a trusted advisor to hundreds of clients.
When Troy is not working, he enjoys playing tabletop strategy games with friends, taking care of his seven exotic pets, and traveling with family.

When Laurelle is not working with clients, she likes to stay active by going for walks. She also loves to travel and attend concerts.

Outside of work, Danielle spends her time with her dog, exploring local dog parks and taking long walks. She also enjoys making food from scratch, including homemade pasta sauce, freshly baked bread, and nourishing bone broth.

Adam Whitfield-DeMolen

Adam has been with Action Benefits since 2017. Originally growing from a Group Insurance role, he has been focused on Medicare, Individual, and Marketplace for the past several years. Adam has worked with clients in many different scenarios and chapters of their lives, with a focus on finding the best option for all of them. He prides himself on not just being a supportive agent for his clients but a navigator when making the decisions that affect their health, family, well-being, and finances.
Adam lives in Fenton, Michigan with his wife, two sons, and two dogs. Since having children, his hobbies mostly include making sandwiches, finding the lost remote, and putting together complicated LEGO sets. When he is not doing those activities, Adam likes to go biking, camping, and writing.
